As always we keep it simple on a Sunday with 200s.

This week it 3 sets of 4 * 200 at circa 70 - 75%
PB       Aim for: 
23       30 secs
24       31 secs
25       32 secs
26       33.5 secs
27       35 secs
28       36.5secs
