Hi all

A session from Lauren.

Enjoy,
J

  • Warm up:
  • Slow jog
  • Band Drills
  • 30 meters walking on toes
  • 30 meters lunge walk
  • 30 meters hamstring sweep
  • 30 meters sumo squats
  • 6x each leg weight deadlift.

  • Sprint drills:
  • 20 mtrs high knees x 2
  • 20 mtrs A Skip
  • wall drills 

  • Accelerations to 50mts @ 60%, 70%, 80%,90%

  • Main session: 40,60,80,60,40 x2
  • 2mins between each 
  • 8 min rest between each set

  • Cool down:
  • 5 stretches and 4x1 min of core
