- SESSION:
- Warm up
- Slow jog for 5 mins
- Band Drills
- 30 meters walking on toes
- 30 meters lunge walk
- 30 meters hamstring sweep
- 30 meters sumo squats
- 30 meters single leg weight deadlift.
- Sprint drills:
- 20 mtrs high knees x 2
- 20 mtrs Jamaican drill
- Accelerations to 50mts @ 60%, 70%, 80%,90%
- Main session: 150m x 8
- 4 min rest inbetween.
- Cool down after finishing.
