Hi all

I hope you are all keeping fit and well.

A session from Patrick today, enjoy and stay safe.

  • SESSION:
  • Warm up
  • Slow jog for 5 mins
  • Band Drills
  • 30 meters walking on toes
  • 30 meters lunge walk
  • 30 meters hamstring sweep
  • 30 meters sumo squats
  • 30 meters single leg weight deadlift.

  • Sprint drills:
  • 20 mtrs high knees x 2
  • 20 mtrs Jamaican drill

  • Accelerations to 50mts @ 60%, 70%, 80%,90%

  • Main session: 150m x 8 
  • 4 min rest inbetween.

  • Cool down after finishing.
