- Warm up:
- Slow jog
- Band Drills
- 30 meters walking on toes
- 30 meters lunge walk
- 30 meters hamstring sweep
- 30 meters sumo squats
- 6x each leg weight deadlift.
- Sprint drills:
- 20 mtrs high knees x 2
- 20 mtrs A Skip
- wall drills
- Accelerations to 50mts @ 60%, 70%, 80%,90%
- Main session: 40,60,80,60,40 x2
- 2mins between each
- 8 min rest between each set
- Cool down:
- 5 stretches and 4x1 min of core
