Training as normal in Irishtown
As the club are stewarding the Grant thornton docklands race there will be no training.
Be ready to train at 1815hrs in Irishtown.
Thursday sessions cater for all athletes 10yrs +.
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME AS LATE ATHLETES DISRUPT THEIR GROUP.
Training is on in Irishtown Stadium at 1800 hrs for:
1) All Athletes 12 yrs +
2) The Cross Country group for athletes 10+ are meeting at 1815hrs for a warm up on the track and will then go to the park.
Please bring water and waterproofs! OR SUNCREAM!!
