Our u19 Boys relay team won gold in in the dull, wet weather of Santry on Friday evening.
Sam Bolger got a gold in the u17 boys 400m. He had a brilliant race, ahead of the rest of the boys, and he clung on until the very end, crossing the line first.
A big congratulations to the Brown sisters, Sarah and Lindsey, who won gold and bronze in the u15 girls shot put. Sarah and Lindsey also came second and fourth in javelin. Also in the u15 girls, Lauren Kirwan made the final for the 200m, and finished fifth.
Aaron Linton got a haul of medals including bronze in the u15 boy's shot put.
A great result for Crusaders in the u14 boy's hurdles thanks to Luke O'Loughlin and Paul Kobas , who took silver and bronze.
