From about 30mtrs on for you guys the foot strike will be under your centre of mass.  Remember what we discussed "the best athletes apply more force to the track but have quicker track contacts -  We are going to do this through form, form ,FORM!!" .  Watch from 45secs on to see how the best in the world does this. Knee height, step over opposite knee and down violently!!!  Enjoy and visualise yourself doing it.  Coach J
