Booking Tickets
PLEASE CANCEL YOUR TICKET IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND.
IF YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS NOT PAID IN FULL YOUR TICKET WILL BE CANCELLED.
The booking site will be open right up to start time to allow for last minute cancellations and therefore a chance for somebody else to book in instead. If you are unable to attend please cancel your own ticket. If taking up a cancelled space you must book in yourself.
Tickets CANNOT be swapped, your name must be in the system for contact tracing if needed. Do not turn up without a ticket as you will not be let in. BOOKING TICKETS FOR THE WRONG AGE GROUP IS EXTEMELY UNFAIR PRACTICE – Athletes booked in the wrong age group will not be allowed access.
TO CANCEL:
Tickets can only be booked for your own athlete. This is because we need the Covid declaration completed. Tickets booked for athletes other than your own family member will result in tickets being cancelled AND / OR refusal of entry due to no declaration.
As the Covid Declaration and tracing is completed through the Eventbrite system only Athletes registered through Eventbrite will be allowed access to the grounds.

TO CANCEL:
- Find the email confirmation of ticket(s) from Eventbrite
- Under section “Order Summary” click on “view and manage your order”
- This will bring you to Eventbrite site. When you have logged on you can view your existing orders and cancel tickets.
